This is a great mask for all skin types ( except cystic acne due to iodine in spirulina and other greens)
This is great for sensitive skin and will leave your skin with a lovely glow
Mix small amount with water or hydrosol until a fine paste .
Apply to wet or dry skin for 15-20 mins and then wash off
( follow it with toner , serum , moisturizer)
1-2 times per week
